Description     1.Play a role in long term planning; oversee financial management, budgets and payroll management. 2.Ensure that the long term objectives of financial growth of the KERFORD are met adequately. 3.Manage the KERFORD profitability by constantly endeavoring to bring up investments & financial growth and also ensuring reduction in costs in areas deemed desirable by the management. 4.Participate in, Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans. 5.Define with management team the risk management issues. They help to maximize profits, by finding out risk factors. 6.Assure Ensure that KERFORD meets its anti financial crime obligations, in relation to Anti Money Laundering. 7.Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the company with Management team. 8.Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions. 9.Work with Sales & Marketing Manager to identify sales lead sources and investment for 10.KERFORD, in a coordinated plan to improve results. 11.Responsible for planning of work on day to day basis.
Qualifications    Capable of Compile and analyze financial information to prepare latest estimates & budget follow up reports Strong character with leadership skills •Strong communication skills. B.Sc. in Accounting, Business admin Experience in the Financial services or Forex is a plus
