Description Maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases, using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, to produce correspondence and documents and devising and maintaining office systems; Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases Prepares reports, presentations, proposals and correspondence. Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed. Monitors office operations. Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes; Managing and maintaining budgets; Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts; Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies; Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information; Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
Qualifications •Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software. •Bachelor Degree. •Age: less than 24. •Fluent French & English are a must. •Organizational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, often juggling several tasks at once. •Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy. •Highly organized and flexible. •Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
