Description 1. Prepare routine and special reports to staff, top management, and regulatory agencies as required; prepares report of analytical results to local and external regulators for compliance evaluation performance testing 2. Review the NCRs delivered to the TQM department, and follow up the corrective and preventive actions for them during weekly staff meetings 3. Ensure that Quality Control being done on schedule basis and interpreted well according to the SOPs 4. Revise the EQAS report before sending and after receiving the EQAS results 5. Analyze the EQAS report and ensure that each responsible unit manager takes immediate decisions to correct the errors according to the provided SOPs 6. Write and assist the staff to write and develop their SOPs, work instructions, and help them achieve the compliance with Quality accreditation requirements 7. Apply the operational plan set by the TQM consultant administrator and facilitate its implementation throughout the organization 8. Take the initiative for achieving the TQM strategic goals and objectives and seek the best performance in the market 9. Establish,coordinate and monitor the laboratory quality assurance program; work closely with unit managers to plan, schedule and implement QA related activities
Qualifications Knowledge of: • Chemical characteristics and standard methods for the analysis of lab samples • Principles and practice of laboratory quality assurance and quality control • Laboratory safety practices and procedures • Computer based laboratory information management systems • Sampling techniques and methods of statistical analysis; • Principles of laboratory analytical methods and statistics
