Description     Achieve sales targets as assigned in the respective territory Be a champion of ITT with the customer and be a Champion of the Customer within ITT . Communicate routinely and effectively with all important customers. Grow pumps, parts, service and repairs business at key customers. Insure customers are aware of all applicable IP operations: US, Korea , India , Saudi. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and support successful closure. Conduct customer presentations at least 4 times annually. Implement and support training on Goulds products for customers engineers. Take the lead on major projects and support at end user level Maintain files and data on sales history, account history, and pumps serial numbers. Maintain reports for active projects and opportunities and support monthly reporting process and EQL update in a timely manner. Attend all possible training as provided by the Company. Conduct regular and extensive customer sales calls to grow the business.
Qualifications    Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum 3 years engineered pumps experience Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Team player; Outside sales minded. Highly organized; Good communications skills; Takes initiative; Results oriented; Negotiations skills; Knowledge of commercial terms & conditions Ability to prepare pumps, parts and service proposals to customers.
