Description Compiles data from a wide variety of sources (. time sheets/payroll, salary adjustments, payroll summary at the end of the month, etc.) for the purpose of analyzing issues. o Enter, Process and calculate a variety of complex payroll actions including salaries garnishments, incentive pay, benefits withholding, overtime hours, and workers compensation claims, workers compensation time loss payments, etc. o Audit payroll records ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures, regulations and appropriate labor agreements, input appropriate adjustments as necessary upon notice of change in status or deductions and balances payroll input. o Generates and distributes payroll checks, Ensure that Social Security contributions, Tax , court ordered deductions (Alimony) and other deductions are withheld from employees paychecks. o Processes deferred compensation, payroll taxes; prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports relative to payroll information. o Prepares reports and forwards payments of tax and benefit deductions to appropriate authorities
Qualifications university degree with 5-8 years of experience.
