Description A. Environment Affairs: Maintain relations with EEAA and SPA with regards to environment approval procedures, to achieve optimum efficiency. Maintain and strengthen relations with all levels with EEAA and SPA; and organize regular high level contact between the senior management and boards of both ERC and the EEAA to ensure a strong relationship at the highest levels. B. Developer EIA Studies Approval: Coordinate and undertake reviews of Environment Impact Assessment studies for sub-developers projects ensuring consistency with government regulations, environment guidelines and contractual agreements. Liaise and correspond with governmental agencies in relation to all sub-developer issues, including approvals, the submission and follow-up of EIAs reports to the relevant government agency, ensuring requests are processed in line with established project plans. C. Regulatory Updates: Keep abreast of changes and amendments in environment studies approval systems and provide advice to management regarding any relevant changes in order to ensure that Management is alerted to the possible implications or opportunities arising from such changes. D. Environment Impact Assessment Logs: Create and maintain logs of EIAs studies and reports for submission and approvals schedule.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Architecture or a relevant discipline. Minimum Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in a real-estate or in Environment Authorities. Job-Specific Skills: Developed interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of EIA’s regulations and requirements.
