Female Secretary
Job duties:
- Answer telephone and respond to routine questions.
- Scheduling patients appointments.
- Using word processing, spreadsheet, and other software applications to prepare reports, letters, case histories and medical records.
- Set up and maintain office files of patient records, reports, correspondence and miscellaneous information in an organized fashion.
- Perform various clerical and administrative functions, such as ordering and maintaining an inventory of supplies, synchronizing clinic's appointments with online reservations system, etc.
Evening working hours.
