Description 1. Manage and direct all QC activates with his subordinates to assure the compliance with the following designed systems: A. The calibration & verification system in Lab. B. QC records to make sure its compatible with the QC plan , instructions & procedures C. Nonconformities & corrective actions tracking system D. Correlation samples system. E. Retention samples system. F. Standard samples system G. Defect rate system H. Scrap management system 2. Set goals & objectives for his team and support them to be oriented with the company objectives and achieved at the best standard 3. Design SPC program to achieve the continuous improvement for the quality of the product 4. Managing the monthly quality meeting with production , maintenance & follow up with them the action plan to achieve the required improvement 5. Review the production documentations for online control & for sanitation. 6. Manage the trial system & refer back with his output to the required departments & keep record for these trials 8. Determine the lab equipment that need calibration, and calibration periods, determining the private laboratories that provide calibration services and ensure they are calibrated and justified within the company. 9. Plan & conduct tests to determine any probable problem about the products, keeping records for these tests and notify all related staff members about the outcomes. 10. Set & control his department budget for capital & running cost
Qualifications B.Sc. degree in Science, Engineering MS Office applications
Gender Male
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
