Description Accountant french speaking. Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on timely basis. Preparing financial statement and profit and loss and monthly closing. Keep books of account up to date and in good order. Responsible for account coding of suppliers and customer invoices and expense claims. Responsible of suppliers payments and suppliers accounts reconciliation. Responsible of customer collection and customer accounts reconciliation. Prepare review bank reconciliation. Responsible monthly prepaid amortization and accrual general ledger (GL salaries). Fixed assets and depreciation. Develop and maintain financial bases computer software systems and manual filing systems. Interact with internal and external auditors. Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company. Other any duties as assigned.
Qualifications Excellent in French spoken and written Preferred Great Plains users or ERP systems. Excellent user in Microsoft office application and English
