Technical Support Specialists For Hindawi Publishing Corporation

Technical support specialists are urgently needed for Hindawi Publishing Corporation to troubleshoot users’ problems (OS, Applications, Hardware, and Network) and re-install the OS or upgrade the hard disk of some user occasionally.

Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. Good command of both written and spoken English.
3. Deep knowledge of Windows Operating System, knowledge of h

ard desk management tools, Anti-Spyware, Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, LAN–IM, Ethernet cabling and cabling equipment is preferable.
4. Accuracy, alertness and precession when dealing with: hardware, software or data.
5. Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting problems.
6. Ability to plan and prioritize work.
