Description — Acts as a champion of his/her product category which includes: automated acid digestion system, ICP and ICP-MS consumables, and auto samplers — Cold calling on prospects and follow ups.. — Coordinate sales activity for a new product launch within sales territories — Customers include industrial, government, research, medical laboratories — Provides sales & technical support to customers; — Provides installation training to the customers as required — Coordinate and conduct seminars Expertise at the following is a plus: ICP ICPMS Water & Salt declination Inorganic Chemistry.
Qualifications * Min 3 years proven sales record in selling capital equipment to the analytical chemistry industry • BSc in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry or a Technologist diploma; an advanced degree in Chemistry would be an asset. • Experience in operating ICP and AA spectrometers; ICP-MS experience would be an asset • Working knowledge and fundamental understanding of inorganic chemistry , and Strong sales skills, outgoing personality, excellent client approach; • Strong technical skills • Organized, enthusiastic, and able to prioritize and deliver results; • Strong work ethic with a motivation and a dedication to work hard; • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; and CRM • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver public presentations.
