Description - Be conversant with the technical and commercial aspects of the project/bid and to have a full understanding of the scope of works. - Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams. -Integrates project budget and schedule to forecast cash flow requirements. - Prepares project plans and detailed manpower utilization plans. -Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work. -Responsible for the compilation of the monthly reports. -Analyze project progress trends, resource levels and productivity monitoring. -Report to management on potential impacts to schedule to allow corrective measures to be taken in a timely manner to minimize impacts to project. - Review, analyze and advise on schedule changes or proposals affecting schedule completion dates. Advise on mitigation strategies. -Prepare claims analysis. - Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems.
Qualifications Able to demonstrate drive, enthusiasm and commitment to projects -Expert user of planning software like Primavera and Microsoft Project. Expert in using computer spreadsheet like Microsoft Excel. - Excellent planning and organization skills - Able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a proactive manner

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills Strong personality- very good communication and interpersonal skills-excellent computer and administrative skills-can work under pressure
