Description 1-Responsible for selling and promoting the full portfolio of products, providing support to Sales Manager in customer presentations and selling situations. 2-Primary focus of this position is to bring in new, profitable business at the point of product sales, win back lost business, develop and implement the strategic plan for your territory which was developed with Sales manager. 3-Selling full portfolio of products and winning back lost business. 4-Takes an active role in working with sales management in setting sales strategies and forecasting of sales. 5-Provides Marketing with competitive information, feedback regarding current offerings and suggestion for future offerings. 6-Works within expense guidelines. 7-Work within the companys policies, practices, and guideline 8-Searching for new clients 9-Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale-developing relationships with existing customers 10-Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales 11-Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events
Qualifications 1.A very good understanding of the Real Estate market in Egypt especially resorts 2.Experience in International sales 3. A friendly personality, capable of building strong relationships easily 4. Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English (other language is a plus) 5. Strong Communication skills in both languages English & Arabic 6. Good attention to details 7. A very professional manner 8. He must be very well presented 9. He should have Real Estate Sales Experience of at least 5 to 7 years 10. Good IT skills Microsoft Office / excel / and any other software 11. Strong Interpersonal skills and pleasing outgoing personality 12. Good Sales acumen with proven track record in meeting targets in real estate industry 13. Having a bachelor degree in Business Studies (marketing emphasis is a plus)
