Description —Preparing Technical proposals for different types of projects —Actively contributing in preparing the organization structure, selection of project team and preparing the tentative time schedule. —Calculating the project cost over the firm ” in cooperation with department heads ” and preparing the pricing strategy and financial proposals. —Prepare proposal conditions to mitigate potential risks or conflicts. —Assisting with contract drafting and analysis. —Participating in contract negotiation with the clients. —Liaise and negotiate with Sub Consultants during the bidding process.
Qualifications Primavera 6, AutoCAD and Microsoft office applications .
