Description * Installing oracle apps on windows and Unix based OS. * Working with oracle 9i/10g. * Oracle technologies RAC, Dataguard& RMAN. * Managing database users and access rights. * Monitor database performance. * Installation, maintenance and day-to-day administration of Oracle DBMS.
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in related technical discipline and 3-8 years of related experience. - Oracle certified professional Dabase Administrator. - Experience with latest database technologies, including RMAN, Data Guard setup, database design and modeling, SQL and PL/SQL& performance tuning. - Ability to communicate effectively with staff members, customers, and management. - Ability to work individually and as part of a team. - Knowledge of Unix-based Operating system preferred. - Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) 11g, Oracle Automatic Storage management (ASM), and Oracle/RedHat Linux. - Rman backup scripting
