Description — Set the sales target per channel to sales team. — Approve sales plan cascaded to the ushers. — Handle the monthly promotions with the customers. — Focus on the daily collection process. — Handle and supervise the contracting phase with the customers. — Follow up the periodical market survey statistical analysis. — Supervise and follow up handling customers issue. — Set the ushers incentives for payroll instructions. — Supervise the day to day sales operations with finance and logistics. — Handle ushers interviewing process. — Prepare for marketing and branding activities. — Communicate with the marketing agency for branding activities. — Prepare cost estimation plan for branding activities preparation. — Ensure the display positioning for Braun products. — Handle ushers interviews and hiring process. — Handle ushers rotation plan, and monitor the daily operation. — Supervise the orientation and training plan for the new hires.
