Description:
• Answer inbound calls professionally & respond to all the customer inquiries • Research required information using available resources • Provide customers with product and service information • Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company ( The Resort Facilities & Client privileges ) • Handle and resolve customer objections • Update the existing databases with the data of each prospective customer in order to submit the data to the sales team • Focus on bringing customers to attend at company premises to finalize deals • Identify and escalate priority issues • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services • Follow up customer calls where necessary • Maintain maximum customer satisfaction during the call.
Qualifications:
o 3 years experience in Telesales field, one year in real estate preferred
o Age 24-28.
o Excellent all round PC skills with knowledge of common office applications.
o Fluent English spoken and written
o Excellent Communication Skills.
o Strong Persuading Skills.
o Excellent Sales Skills.
o Problem solving skills.
o Strong sales and client service skills.
o Proper clear voice tone & pronunciation (Avoid lisps).
o Excellent Presentation skills.
o Excellent Negotiation and Closing skills.
o Excellent objection handling skills.
o Hard worker & Team player.
o Self Confident.
