Description     1.Receive and file incoming letters and documents. 2.Handle Inbound/outbound calls and respond to clients inquiries 3.Schedule meeting. 4.Welcome/Receive visitors relating to work. 5.Maintain office efficiency, plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. 6.Create, control, and monitor all administrative requirements of other departments. 7.Record, monitor expenses, raise monthly invoices. 8.Agenda management: booking, travels, meeting, arrange hotel for VIP, morning assembly. 9.Settle visa, work permit, residence card, etc. 
Qualifications    •1-3 Years of previous Administrative Assistant experience supporting multiple executives. •ABSOLUTELY MUST BE BILINGUAL French/ENGLISH and able to speak, read, and write and communicate effectively in both languages. •Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. •Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional telephone management and the ability to write emails. •Soft skills: Self-starter, action oriented, quick learner, able to multitask, highly organized, excellent attention to detail, customer focused, problem solver, good follow up skills, strong relating skills, able to prioritize, team player.
