Description Handle all the process of Check Requisition for all suppliers/vendors and public utilities for Allianz HQ and BranchesMaintain an updated YTD expenses reports with complete segregation to departmental cost centers. Monitor the overall (consumptions, stocks) of the company Highlight any over usage and/or misuse cases. Key player in preparing the yearly budget by providing accurate and statistical accumulated figures. Consolidation for all the monthly activity reports prepared by dept. staff. Prepare a monthly KPIs report for all service providers and contracted vendors. Act as internal quality assurance for all processes, procedures to comply with the company guidelines and measures. Monitor and supervise daily activities of Guest relationship executives and compliance with dress code. Create efficient filing system and coordinate with other team members to enhance work flow and processes. Prepare a standard forms of external correspondences in cooperation Handle all the petty cash expenses for the dept. Manage the insurance portfolio (PD/BI, P&L, and cash on transit, fidelity) if any. Assists Dept. head in organizing work processes. Coordinating work through the department/division; resolves intra-departmental operational problems; serves as central point within department/division to ease management/administrative communication. Distribute the incoming issues and segregate the responsibilities of each employee in the department.
Qualifications •University degree. •At least 5 years of experience in a similar role •Proven experience in procurement processes. •Excellent communications and presentations skills. •Extensive Organizational and follow up skills. •Ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. •Presentable. •Very Good computer skills specially excel MS-word and power point. •Ability to draft correspondences. •Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic. •Ability to define problems; collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and solutions.
