Description Plan, organize and monitor the daily production activities ensuring that the plant output is inline with the business Supervision of all the requirement while ensuring product quality standard. Ensure correct level of production processes at the Extraction unit. Implementation of production efficiency and constantly derive efficiency. manufacturing strategies: NPDs, capacity expansion, new technology....etc. Analyze monthly MIS like Training and development of operators / workers. efficiency, material wastage, RPP adherence, do a root cause analysis and drive Improve manpower utilization within corrective actions with the team. Effective coordination with other departments. production dept and processes. Make all the necessary tests to insure the quality of the products. Supervision of all the packaging process to make sure that is all applies for the policy of the company
Qualifications • Self-motivated, dependable and goal oriented. • Dealing with all kinds of people, positions and educational background is a strong point. • Well equipped for negotiations. • Capable of working in a teamwork environment. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure. • Excellent presentation skills.
