Description     The Technical Writer will be responsible for writing technical documents for software development projects in order to deliver on documentation for company requirements. The Technical Writer will be working with Development Team and Production Support Team members to capture, document and manage IT related documents. The Technical Writer will have a strong commercial experience, as well as experience in developing methodologies and supporting processes. As well as excellent technical writing skills with the ability to understand technical concepts and terminologies and express them in a clear concise manner.
Qualifications    • Good General Trade Business understanding‐preferably Business degree (English Section) or similar. • Good understanding of Software development, Manuals, documentation and help documents writing. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a focus on rapport‐building, listening, and interviewing skills. • Ability to conduct research into a wide range of IT & Business issues as required. • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly, specifically complex technical information. • Ability to analyse target audience and to present ideas in user‐friendly language. • Proven analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
