Description A successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to staff members and will perform a full range of tasks with a focus on document and database management, and all related general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing documents, and implementing and maintaining hard copy and electronic filing systems.
Qualifications • Education: Holder of a Bachelor’s degree. Applications from graduates of law faculties are particularly welcomed.

Other Skills • Very good command of Microsoft office package ( Word , Excel , MS Access ……… ) • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Writing skills sufficient to compose and edit business correspondence that might be required, using correct grammar, punctuation; the ability to pay close attention to detail and proof read carefully. • Good organizational and time management skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions.
