Description     1. Responsible for sales of the Companys Properties 2. Follow up leads Contact Client, conduct effective meetings and close deals 3. Contacts Leads & Prospect 4. Follow up on existing clients 5. Prepare sales reports 6. Prepare & execute presentations 7. Getting new listings 8. Meeting targets 9. Follow-up customer accounts 10. Follow-up collections 11. Handle customer service
Qualifications    1. A good understanding of the Real Estate market in Egypt 2. A friendly personality, capable of building strong relationships easily 3. Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English 4. Strong Communication skills in both languages English & Arabic 5. Good attention to details 6. A very professional manner as the candidate will be attending meetings with key Clients in the Egyptian property market 7. He must be very well presented 8. He should have Real Estate Sales Experience of at least 2 years in Egypt 9. Strong Interpersonal skills and pleasing outgoing personality 10. Good Sales acumen with proven track record in meeting targets in real estate industry
