Description —Experience in road safety auditing, design of road signing including Directional, Advisory and an information signs in accordance with appropriate standards and the preparation of contract documents is essential. —Should also be able to supervise contractors, ensuring all work is carried out to construction specifications (QCS) and traffic safety standards (QTM) and to be able to work at Project engineer level to oversee any other Roads Signage projects that may be handed over for construction supervision by the projects team.
Qualifications •Civil Engineering from an institute of repute. ••Minimum 5 years of experience required in Traffic, Directional and Street Signs Engineering for Urban roads in public and private sectors. •Excellent management, problem solving, communication, & negotiation skills. •Presentation to technical & non-technical audiences. •Proficiency in using relevant engineering tools and software.
