Description     — Reviews time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies. — Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system. — Reviews all employees expense reports, staff loans, and deductions (penalties) and calculate each employees share of social insurance deductions, taxes, medical insurance, and overtime compensation, for purposes of preparing the payroll sheet. — Responsible for the transfer of the amounts to the employees bank accounts monthly. — Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records. — Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers. — Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records. — Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions. — Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.
Qualifications    Education: •Bachelor degree in accounting is a must, Experience: •Minimum 2 years experience in Payroll field , preferably with a reputable Manufacturing company or a multinational Co.

Other Skills    Familiar with Payroll software (Like ERP System), Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, power-point, outlook, and Internet). •Excellent communication •Strong interpersonal skills and team player
Compensations    salary range is (2000 - 3500) G salary Plus Social & Medical Insurance, Transportation and Meal allowances
