Description     - Receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages. - Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence. - Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. - Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. - Provide word-processing and secretarial support. - Type confidential documents on a word-processing system. - Organise and supervise all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of daily office work. - Handling travel arrangements and hotel reservations. - Ensure office data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications    - Suitable university degree. - 5+ years of experience. - Good command of English is a must. - Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction. - Ability to work under pressure. - Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with other employees. - The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills: - bookkeeping skills. - effective verbal and listening communications skills.
