Description 1.Assist in the Execution of Communication Campaigns & Advertising Promotion Mix within budget set by company including : —Advertisement Press Releases in newspapers, magazines & bill boards. —Mail Shots & Circulars to potential Clients & Engineers in co-ordination with Business Development Manager. —Organizing participation in special Exhibitions. —Organizing Seminars & Presentations. 2.Follow-up on Departments Reporting & Filing System to ensure correct & timely submission and filling of Departmental Reports. 3.Follow-up on maintaining adequate stock of Samples, Brochures & other marketing tools & communicating with other Departments to ensure its availability to Department. 4.Follow-up on printing of Companys Brochures & Catalogs and preparation of Samples & Binders to ensure its availability to the Department members.
Qualifications Excellent knowledge of Autocad - Photoshop - other photo editor programs.
