Description     Assist in the logistic support planning and scheduling process. Verify the shipping documents Review planned shipment data with inbound and outbound planners Execute all suppliers correspondences (related to logistics). Execute the requisition process, issue the orders, and follow up with the suppliers to confirm the delivery dates, and shipment method. Coordinate with stations to ensure the purchased items are delivered on time Ensure all team correspondences & documents are administrated effectively for swift work flow processing. Prepare, distribute, and maintain files of all outbound and inbound shipment documentation, providing record as required Prepare and send transporting card to the transporting companies and follow up with them Revise the actual transporting cards and send them to the financial department for payment according to signed contract. Execute import license issuance procedures. Evaluate & recommend shipping lines Ensure documents are delivered to ports through courier services. Plan & prioritize daily follow-up actions Participate in evaluating the supplier performance Participate in supply chain performance & submits analysis reports
Qualifications    Bachelor degree from relevant discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics or Administration Proficiency in MS Office, Internet search Excellent problem solving ,organizational skills and strong communication skills
