Description 1. Develops a division sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of enrollment in scheduled and customized programs. 2. Prepares and executes division action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. 3. Initiates and executes development of division action plans to penetrate new markets. 4. Builds relationships and increases the visibility of the division through social media tools and in different events. 5. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. 6. Maintains accurate records of all division pricings, sales, and activity reports. 7. Creates and conducts proposal presentations and division orientation sessions. 8. Assists the director in forecasting enrollment trends when preparing the divisional annual budget. 9. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. 10. Performs any other additional tasks as assigned by supervisor. 11. To be working on flexible hours.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in any field. 7-9 years’ experience with at least 5 years of experience in the area of education administration and organizing promotional and instructional events.

Other Skills • Must be a strong communicator, personable and extremely organized. • Must be creative in reaching out to potential customers. • Excellent use of Microsoft applications & social media.
