Description     —Welcoming visitors, determining the purpose of visits and directing them to the right contact and/or meeting room. —Answer All incoming calls and transfer to related persons —Ushering important visitors to top management and handling any guests. —Handling travel arrangements as assigned. —Assist the senior administrator in any assigned task in filling system as well as preparing periodical reports. —Supporting the administration in any other task as needed.
Qualifications    •University degree •Minimum one year experience in similar post •Excellent organizational, administrative and follow up skills. •Excellent interpersonal skills. •Excellent time management skills. •Very good oral and written communications skills with a high customer service orientation. •Assertive character. •Accurate with strong attention to details. •Able to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. •Presentable. •Good computer skills.
