Description - Assist in setting the annual training plan for all the company employees - Regularly monitor the training budget according to the training needs - Developing training materials and Providing training sessions to all employees - Communicate with training providers and follow-up on all logistics of different training programs - Assist and monitor the performance management system process - Assist in Identifying the Development areas and set the training needs accordingly - Coordinate all assessment centres programs details for all employees - Responsible for induction programs for new hires
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline university - 2 - 4 Years of experience in a similar field. - Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing). - Excellent communication and presentation skills
