Description     — To identify, research and deliver business training programs for our GB employees. — To establish and maintain mutually productive working relationships with all members of designated target populations, using the most appropriate and timely means of communication. — To identify learning needs using the most effective and efficient data collection, analysis and evaluation methodologies. — To create learning solutions, blending delivery methodologies that match the available resources of the business in the most effective, efficient and timely way. — To deliver learning solutions that inspire, engage and involve participants, meeting their needs and contributing value to the organisation`s human capital. — To evaluate participant application of acquired knowledge and skills, and offer continuous knowledge and skills development support by the most appropriate means to suit each participant. — To contribute to the company training centres overall work and the Organizational Development Manager`s specific goals and targets for learning and development. — Select and adapt materials according to learning conditions to expand participants knowledge.
Qualifications    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline • 3-4 years of corporate training experience preferably in a multinational environment • Certification in “Training of Adults” program is an asset

Other Skills    The successful candidate should be: • Able to deliver inspirational learning programs with individuals and groups • Possessing practical business experience in the workplace • Able to harness original thinking to produce creative learning materials and methodologies • Able to demonstrate understanding of global market business skills, training materials, and procedures with understanding of various training methods • Able to multi-task and be a part of an open team environment • Able to research information, collect and analyse data and produce applicable reports • Able to efficiently manage personal time and work load • Fluent in both English and Arabic languages, both oral and writing skills • Good computer skills; MS Office package • Highly organized • Excellent communication skills • Be able to travel internationally and nationally as required
