Description Respond to customer calls and represent the first point of contact with them. ■Contact customers and achieve monthly sales target. ■Record all customer data (name, address, mobile, Employment) to create a broad base of clients. ■Send a daily report of new customer data to the team leader. ■Achieve daily calls rate of 35 external call ■Answer customer inquiries and questions about the procedures of signing the contract. ■Introduce the new offers to the clients and answer their inquiries. ■Raise any problem or technical issues to the technical support department. ■Handle customer complaints. ■Ensure customer satisfaction and clarity of all the necessary information and answer all inquiries.
Qualifications ■Bachelor Degree ■Not less than 2 years experience in customer support ■Not less than 2 years experience in stock market ■Good command in written and spoken English
