Description —Issuance/advising and amendment of Import/Export L/Cs ( all types ). —Ensure that customer/correspondent is not under any sanctions OFAC or AML. —Select correspondent bank from H.O. list to direct import L/Cs for them. —Obtain proper approvals to add our confirmation to Export L/Cs. —Lodgment & settlement of documents import ,export, inward and outward documentary collections . . —Follow up with customers to provide settlement instructions for inward documentary bills for collection. —Check the account statements on daily basis to ensure that export proceeds are already paid. —Settlement of Export proceeds and remitting its net as per customers instructions after collecting commissions. —Follow up with banks/customers to collect pending Export L/Cs commissions. —General correspondence and message formatting to transmit through SWIFT.
Qualifications Thorough understanding of SWIFT and all Trade Finance and financial operating systems. General banking knowledge. CDCS holder
