Description Responsible for checking release date from QC for the raw materials for water station and boilers. Responsible for contact the Quality Control in order to test the water sample if needed. Responsible for checking the operation of the water station according to WI.166 (IV and Hemodialysis water station) and WI.371 (dialyzer water station). Responsible for checking the operation of the boilers according to WI.064 (boilers). Responsible for checking the operation of sterilization area according to WI.061(operational of ETO chamber), WI.316 (ETO chamber) and WI.270 (operational of precondition room) Responsible for checking the hygiene for personnel inside the clean rooms and Blood line production areas according to WI.070 [entrance and exit rules] and WI.069 [dressing rules inside the Clean area]. Responsible for checking all machines and devices concerning compliance with the equipment list QR.0321 and the calibration status and schedule. Responsible for checking the work and safety instructions for machines and devices.
Qualifications Bachelor of Science , fresh graduate or 1 year of experience
