Description —Create and implement Sales Plans in line with company Sales Plans and strategy —Actively monitor and ensure that distributors work within Sales Plan parameters along with the target. —Implement trade marketing programs throughout the area as appropriate that effectively develop the sales plans —Ensure the effective achievement of distribution volume ,user , pricing targets and objectives —Actively ensure that Distributors sales teams possess acceptable levels of knowledge and skills to achieve planned objectives —Proactively create and maintain satisfactory partnerships with all required distributors —Actively seek and encourage feedback from Distributors and take actions to ensure that their needs are met insofar as possible by the company
Qualifications -Previous Experience in home appliances is a must
Gender Male
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
