Description Awareness of different financial statements. Recording of different financial transactions Making Accrual Entries. Posting and reversing incorrect entries in the ledgers. Keeping the books of incoming and outgoing invoices, gathering, sorting and processing the incoming invoices, their inspection and getting the approvals for substance of invoiced transactions, preparation for posting process. Keeping petty cash and cash book ledger, accounting for petty cash transactions, providing employees with cash advance payments, inspecting and processing the employees expense sheets, processing cash accounting to accounting system, monthly reconciliation of cash to cash ledger control accounts. Performing reconciliation of supplier. Administering payments to suppliers, and issue of invoices and receipts from customers Reconciling invoices to agreements with associates and purchase orders. Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalents. Ability to use windows based systems & SAP system. Minimum 3 years of professional experience. Professional, confident, energetic and highly motivated and organized. Possess excellent presentations and communication skills. Excellent command of English language and excellent computer skills.
