Description Implement HR policies regarding recruitment, salary scales, compensation, incentives and benefits, promotions, disciplining, performance management, and training, in adherence to the companys objectives, government regulations and labor legislation. Generate individual, departmental and organizational performance status reports and presents to Direct Manager, highlighting the current performance, and provide recommendations to Direct Manager to address gaps.Prepare and update job descriptions, compensation packages and training plans as per set policies and procedures for new hires and/or new positions, and submit to direct manager for review and approval. Assist in preparing and maintaining the employees handbook, as well as the department policies and procedures manual. Participate in communicating any new changes to all staff.Responsible for all human resources activities to include employment (Internal External) , Training and development and organizational development.Interview job applicants, review application/ resume and evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicants qualifications.Build CV Bank: classify and screen CVs/Applications in order to build candidate pools and store in database for retrieval as and when required.Conducting initial screening over the phone and Conducting Initial interview.Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in business Administration or another relevant discipline-Holder HR Diploma is a must.
