Description As part of the Rapid assessment, Save the Children seeks a Child Labour Specialist will be responsible for leading and supervising implementation activities including fieldwork. The Child Labour Specialist will supervise field coordinators. In consultation with the Business Consultant, the Child Labour Specialist will design the assessment tools and identify key stakeholders for Focus Group Discussions and Key Informant Interviews. The Child Labour Specialist will also assess quality of data collection in consultation with Save the Childrens Monitoring and Impact Manager. The Child Labour Specialist will deliver the presentation along with the key team from Save the Children and lead the production of the final report.
Qualifications o Previous experience in research (at least 5 years); o Previous track record working with child labour in agriculture o Solid knowledge and experience in child labour phenomenon in the agriculture sector o Excellent English writing, presentation and research skills.

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Compensations The Specialist’s fees are expected to cover the cost of his/her technical expertise. Save the Children will provide in country travel and accommodation. The specialist will be paid an advance payment of 25% upon signature and 50% upon completion of fieldwork. Upon approval of the final report by the New Initiatives Manager, the final 25% will be paid.
