Description — Provision of PC hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair and maintenance. — Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software and peripheral components. — Loading and Verification of correct operation of PC software packages. — Provide technical assistance and serve as a consultant and advisor to users on PC related matters. — Promote responsible usage and care of PCs and ensure compliance with all Company IT policies and procedures. — Maintain reports of PC configurations, maintenance and technical maintenance inventory. — Follow-up developing programs through the internet. — Professional using and maintain SharePoint — Implement the monthly maintenance through the approved form. — Adherence of using Information Technology Section documents and forms as per the ISO procedure.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Relevant
