Description 1.Set the overall department procedures and work standards. 2.Set the overall department objectives in line with the overall company strategic direction. 3.Identify the department budget and other resources needed to achieve the desired objectives. 4.Assign duties to other department members. 5.Direct the department members on the best practices of performing the job tasks. 6.Review progress and identify performance deviation. 7.Identify the reports needed, to help collect and analyze various data. 8.Spot patterns and relationships that yield to an understanding of a situation or solving problems. 9.produce reports to monitor results . 10.present recommendations to senior management based on his / her findings. 11.Set a development plan for the team members and identify tailored training programs with respect to the position core competencies and duties.
Qualifications 1.have a desire to achieve. 2.to use his / her initiative 3.the ability to motivate and lead staff . 4.have the ability to delegate where appropriate . 5.be effective at all round business skills. 6.be numerate, and able to analyze and interpret information 7.be persuasive in order to influence people . 8.be able to work well as part of a team as well as on their own initiative. 9.to be excellent organizers and problem-solvers. 10.good written and spoken communication skills . 11.a smart appearance. 12.foreign language skills .
