Description     - Arrange meetings with employees to communicate different point of views between employees and management. - Solve any problems related to compensation and benefits in coordination with communication department in head office. - Follow up solving employees problems related to medical department & personnel department. Follow up and send reports about Manpower Plan - Manage exit interviews to stand on the reasons of resignations and analyze these reasons and give recommendations in a monthly report to human resource manager. - Responsible for arranging any training courses in sites. - A weekly meeting with communication committee to review any progress happened to the problems of employees. - Send the employees complains in a weekly report for his direct manager - Search, Select & work on initial interviews for candidates. - Follow up the recruitment procedures with the human resources department. - Follow up the orientation for new comers. - Manage training needs assessment in sites - Create the suitable job description for every job and make sure that new employees received there job descriptions. - Share in determining the annually objectives for every employee - Answer any complain or inquiry related to performance management system.

Experience    3 - 5 Years.
