Description Manage and control the implementation of recruitment and selection programs, plans, policies and procedures. Direct and evaluate recruitment functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting screening interviews and administering tests. Analyze and interpret statistical reports to monitor applicant flow, selection and turnover for compliance with organization goals and objectives as well as periodical departmental reports. Manage the recruitment capital budget and study the impact of this budget on the year-to-year performance. Direct and control employee transfers, promotions, and salary adjustments processes and ensure that all requirements are met and within the preset policy. Ensure that all job descriptions are prepared and updated with respect to companys organizational chart.
Qualifications • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the HR field. • 2-3 years of experience in supervisor/Senior Supervisor position. • Excellent command of English language. • Excellent leadership skills. • Excellent communication and coaching skills. • HR Certificate is a plus.
