Description 1.Works independently and with other departments in planning and executing marketing & sales, internal and external communications programs, volunteer services, strategic planning, and fund development initiatives. 2.Development and execution of marketing plan to support GKs brand awareness and public relations. 3.Development and execution of marketing & sales plan to support some of GKs projects. 4.Writes, designs, and manages the production and distribution of media releases, ads, brochures, newsletters, fund development solicitations 5.Collaborates closely with the online communication officer to support GKs social media marketing efforts including the web site content, direct mail, face book, and other social pages. 6.Plans, develops schedules, and implements activities for ongoing solicitation of contributions, grants, and volunteer services. 7.Expand and manage client accounts (e.g. donors and for profit customer) in database) 8.Coordinates marketing & sales exhibitions, and special event planning. 9.Develop and manages the marketing budget. 10.Creates organizational operating systems to ensure consistent delivery of the jobs services. 11.Participates in cross-department and organization teams as assigned. 12.Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications 1.Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field. 2.Must possess strong professional middle-level management skills. 3.Strong verbal and written ability (Arabic is a must, English is preferred)) 4.Self-starter, ability to initiate and complete projects. 5.Customer focused – strong diplomatic skills, patience and tact in interacting with potential customers. 6.Team-oriented. 7.High degree of comfort working with technology, from database management to social media. 8.Flexibility and adaptability –able to respond quickly to requests and schedule changes. 9.Strong interest in the nonprofit community.
