Description Processes personnel staff needs to ensure that business is not interrupted and employees perform their work efficiently and effectively. Maintains an up-to-date and accurate data management system. Supervises daily administrative operations of a department including establishing work priorities; assists in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations. Ensures all the rules of the company are oriented to company staff in detail. Ensures that all employees files & records are updated and complete. Follows up and ensure work consistency related to labor law & social insurance office. Conducts & follows up on the medical insurance status in terms of contract, medical cases, booklets, orientation, refunds, doctor visits, etc. Conducts upon request orientation to company staff about any new systems, policies & procedures, change in regulations or law. Supervises effective contract renewal. Prepares necessary reports for leaves, insurance status, turnover, new comers, etc.
Qualifications •Good computer & English Skills •Experience: Minimum of 4 years, 2 years in HR
