Description 1)Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally. 2)Implements recruitment, testing, selection and job placement policy and procedures programs, screening applicants, scheduling and administering tests and evaluating applicants qualifications. 3)Identify and use different recruitment resources, ensuring targeting the right candidates caliber. 4)Develop and implement recruitment and selection tools. 5)Handle communication on behalf of HR recruitment with all departments. 6)Coordinate with HR & Administration Manager to specify the man power plan. 7)Coordinates with personnel staff as appropriate to prepare staffing headcounts and implement recruitment procedure 8)Prepare for and attend all the employment fairs as required. 9)Submit candidates offers and follow up till hiring. 10)Orientation for new employee. 11)3 months probation period follow up. 12)Planning Training & development. 13)Create attendance finger print for new employees 14)Perform other duties as required
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Commerce/Business Administration or any related field

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills •Basic HR administration skills. •Exceptional organization and time management skills •Work under deadline pressure and meet the deadlines •Proficient with operating a personal computer and use of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint and other required application. •Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software. •High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. •Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills. •Excellent telephone and oral communication skills. •Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. •Excellent Organizational & prioritizing skills. •Strong Negotiation skills.
