Description -Set monthly sales plans on distribution center level, secondary distributor level and on every sales rep level -Establish / remain the relationship with the secondary distributor in his sales area -To maintain sales numbers with the secondary distributor and to assure the implementation of sales contracts -Direct sales representatives and help them to solve their sales areas issues -Set clear sales routes and maintain periodically following up -Add new costumers to sales list if possible - Maintain an updated customers list -Follow cars uploading, review the uploaded products , prepare reps with the needed publicity materials and review daily performance standards to know daily sales target and assure achieving those targets -Follow every sales rep in the market and maintain a daily report recording his activities - Follow merchandising activities, monthly offers and present them to sales representatives to achieve sales raises - Make sales reports disusing the success of the sales promoting plans - Make sales reports after releasing the new products about markets reactions and recommends - Apply win when you sell and the VIP customer policies through customers stands and merchandising products inside refrigerators - Develop sales reps skills and assist them to enhance their performance - To maintain a daily following up to sales reps efficiency and advice them to improve performance
Qualifications 1-2 Years as FMCG Retail sales supervisor is a MUST
Gender Male
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills -Excellent sales and negotiation skills -Good communication and people skills -Attention to detail -The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets
