Description 1. Manage and process work to ensure time and quality standards are met in accordance with ICC publications / SOP/ OPM/ APPM/ local rules & regulations, and within standard turn around time. 2. Apply Centralization Mechanisms for Trade Finance Operations as a Central Unit for other current / future branches; in accordance with the Centralization SOPs already approved by HO. 3. Promptly handle customer / correspondent bank queries and ensure complaints ”if any- are properly attended to within service standards to achieve customer satisfaction. 4. Handle and process the issuance, advising, amendment and negotiation of all types of import & export L/Cs.
Qualifications Thorough understanding of SWIFT and all Trade Finance and financial operating systems. General banking knowledge. A minimum of 8 years experience in Trade Finance. Ability to plan work flow
