Description     Conduct comprehensive Executive Search and Selection using up to date techniques to hire the talented calibers Build competency framework for all position and relevantly use testing tools (aptitude, psychometric , numerical, EQ,‡) and CBI to ensure the best candidate is selected. Conduct and develop assessment centers using different techniques for all functions across the board. Initiate the recruitment policy and guidelines needed to contribute in achieving the company strategic and business plan Prepare turnover reports with a strong analysis and feedback Prepare the annual recruitment budget and monthly progress reports Design and develop JDs , Organization charts , Job Evaluation
