Description     1.Acting as the main representative to our customers; Solving problems for customers, End-to-end follow-up for customers. 2.Arranging for mutual meetings with our key accounts after coordinating with key account manager. 3.Deep selling: Customer service should realize additional business opportunities as a result of daily personal contact. 4.Sending daily report to our customer with all related shipment details providing updated status for the shpt. 5.Coordinating with the Operations Colleagues in the Operation Area. 6.Arranging for the ‘Trucking– procedures through coordinating with Domestic Department. 7.Responsible for data entry into systems ‘Control– 8.Monitoring KPIs ensuring matching its requirements 9.Performs other duties as assigned by management. A.Send Weekly vessel schedule (to be updated on weekly basis) to shipper. B.Place BKG request on selective carriers according to weekly loading plan received.
Qualifications    Experience in similar position field for 3+ year / Export background

Experience    3 - 5 Years.
